Alan, Tyler, Cory Go UNO! All our thoughts from up here in Pennsylvania are sent down New Orleans way today. The college has closed as of Friday at 4:30 and evacuations are occurring due to the arrival of Hurricane Gustav. Where will my son be headed? Currently he's in Slidell with his roommates family - The great hospitable Sanders family!!! Next he may be headed to Jackson Mississippi with the wonderful hospitable Harris family!!! Many thanks goes out to these families for taking my son in and treating him like family. Southern hospitality is truly a remarkable trait that still exists. Us NorthernYankees need to realize the unity gained by replicating this trait. I better go and work on my end of being more hospitable!!! Be safe New Orleans!
