Elk Neck State Park

Turkey Point Light House
Elk Neck State Park in North East, MD
Sitting on a 100 foot bluff this light house stands at the opening to the Chesapeake Bay.
We visited on a very cold very windy day but it was worth the trek.

The drop off at the top of the bluff was daunting.

Looking out over the Chesapeake Bay where the Turkey Neck Lighthouse stands.

The trail leading to the lighthouse was .8 miles, but worth the views.

  1. Looks like a very blustery day.... and so similar to the much of the UK in that respect.

Thanks for your visit!
Hope you are blessed in some way today!
