It took a few shots to capture this awesome cloud rising over the mountain at sunset. It was worth the wait.

Best Street Lamp
I've seen lots of great street lamps but this one displayed today was probably my favorite. Hershey, PA has it's Kisses, Biglerville, PA has it's Apples but Clevelan, OH has this dandy design. Maybe it should count since not every street corner has one like it but since I'm the only one voting here today I vote for this one! Grand!

Release
Living close to the Yellow Breeches Creek gives me the opportunity to watch a fine little piece of nature out my back door. A couple of mornings ago I got to watch these fish being released so they could eventually make it onto someone's table for dinner that evening.

Newville, PA Fountain Festival 2010
I like to venture back to my hometown every once in awhile. Since it's not in my travels I rarely get to remember the joy of small town America. We all were Patriotic. We all attended our churches. We all helped one another. The fountain always was a welcome sight even with it's simplicity. Simplicity. Ahhhhh 'that's' the perfect life!

Blessed
Sometimes I complain about my job, being busy, being tired, endless deeds etc... But thank God above for it all. Many never get the opportunity to complain in this manner. I pray for more patience, more calmness, more contentment in the moment. To those whose problems make mine seem small I pray this pray for you too.

Color by buckets
I have to admit these three pictures were obtained on a covert mission. The owner told me after these were taken to please abstain from taking pictures because of the highly regarded flower competitors. So please do not attempt to plant your own beautiful pot of flowers and arrange them with great care and vibrancy. If you still choose to attempt any of these designs would you at least not water and feed them so they grow to be as abundant as these fine works of art. Be like me buy them, display them then forget about them until they turn brown!

r-e-l-a-x
1. Lie on your back with your eyes closed.
2. Imagine yourself in a favorite, peaceful place. The place may be on a sunny beach with the ocean breezes caressing you, swinging in a hammock in the mountains or in your own backyard.
3. Imagine you are there. See and feel your surroundings, hear the peaceful sounds, smell the flowers or the barbecue, fell the warmth of the sun and any other sensations that you find. Relax and enjoy it.
4. Some find it useful to visualize something boring. This may be a particularly boring teacher or lecturer, co-worker or friend.
